We are seeking a Senior Digital Marketing Manager to architect and execute a bold digital strategy that fuels 20–35%+ annual growth in new business. You’ll lead, mentor and develop a small team of digital marketing professionals to facilitate digital initiatives for our Collector Car Division, collaborating cross-functionally to optimize customer acquisition, refine personas, and enhance MQL/SQL scoring mechanisms. You’ll also shape channel strategies across multiple brands—optimizing the product portfolio to minimize overlap and maximize growth with precision and creativity—and build out new marketing channels to expand reach and engagement.

This role can be done in-office, hybrid or fully virtual from anywhere in the continental US. Fully virtual/remote employees would be expected to travel to our office in Mt Laurel, NJ for training, meetings and events, at least occasionally.

Compensation: $120-135k/yr depending on experience level

Responsibilities

  • Drive aggressive profitable new business growth (20–35%+ annually) through full-funnel digital strategies—from traffic generation to quote and bind
  • Own paid and organic channels (Google Ads, Meta, Bing, Reddit, etc.), including keyword strategy, bidding, audience segmentation, and ROI optimization
  • Expand beyond existing digital channels to identify and explore new digital frontiers to drive incremental value e.g., Generative Engine Optimization (GEO).
  • Guide creative development across formats—text, image, video—in collaboration with internal and external teams
  • Map and optimize the end-to-end customer journey, ensuring seamless experiences that drive engagement and conversion
  • Continuously refine customer personas and improve MQL/SQL scoring models to boost conversion rates and pipeline quality
  • Strengthen brand presence and equity through strategic use of digital channels, storytelling, and community engagement
  • Evaluate and implement marketing technologies e.g., Generative AI to accelerate creative experimentation, drive campaign performance, and improve overall efficiency & results
  • Partner with Traditional Offline Marketing, Operations, Underwriting, Field Sales, IT, and Analytics teams to align digital efforts with business goals
  • Mentor and grow a high-performing digital marketing team, fostering innovation and accountability

Qualifications

  • Proven success driving measurable growth through digital marketing (preferably $3M+ annual ad spend)
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and a bias for action
  • Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4, SEO, and performance metrics
  • Experience with HubSpot and marketing automation platforms
  • Strong storytelling ability—both visually and in writing
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and wearing multiple hats
  • Demonstrable experience with performance management and employee development, preferably for high performing teams
  • Bachelor's degree or work experience in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • Prior insurance industry experience is a plus
